  • Strength training for golf

    Can you describe some weights to use to strengthen hip and leg muscles used for golfing?

    Marathon diet

    I am in the process of training to do a marathon in Charlotte in December. This will be my first marathon. As I am training I am also trying to lose 20lbs. Do you have any suggestions for work outs and nutrition. I am terrible at making sure I eat balanced. I eat healthy things but normally I get on kicks like now I'm eating a lot of fish and spinach but not much else.
