Build and tone
Q: What type of diet should I follow to build muscle and flatten the stomach at the same time. I have tried the all protein approach with no results.

A: As a company we don't believe in the word "diet". What I mean by that is, we believe in eating healthy with a balance diet of protein, carbs and fats. Average rule of thumb is this ratio; protein 35%, carbs 45%, fat 20% (tip - keep the saturated fats and sodium as low as possible.) Now the question becomes what foods, what time, when to workout, how much weight training should you do, what exercises, what's good form, how much cardio should I do, should I use supplements, etc, etc, etc.
