Burn more calories in less time

Are you bored with your current workout? Have you been working out regularly but you aren’t seeing results anymore? Try using intervals!

Interval training involves alternating short bursts of high intensity exercise with periods of low to moderate activity to help you recover. Utilizing this way of exercising will not only keep boredom at bay, but it will also allow you to burn more calories than if you were working at a steady pace, and it will help to improve your aerobic capacity over time.

Now it's time for you to see for yourself using a treadmill and the workout shown to the right. Over time, as your fitness level improves, you can gradually increase the speed or incline, so you can continue to see results.
