Charlotte’s Largest Zumba class!
ZX Fitness is very excited to announce a special Zumba event to benefit Cindy’s Hope Chest! The event will be Saturday, October 8, 2011, at ZX Fitness – Matthews, located at 10404 E. Independence Blvd. The free event is open to both members and non-members.
“We wanted to go with a local charity that could be impacted significantly from the exposure and contributions,” said ZX Fitness director of marketing David Buzo. “Cindy’s Hope Chest does a great service and we want to find a way to help.”
Cindy’s Hope Chest’s mission is to support women battling breast cancer emotionally and financially. The goal is to provide ways to educate, support, and encourage women while undergoing treatments.
The proceeds raised from the special multiple-hour Zumba event will go to Cindy’s Hope Chest.
“Zumba is one of the most popular trends in the fitness industry so we’re hoping for a big turnout,” said Buzo.
The event is Saturday, October 8, 2011, at ZX Fitness – Matthews located at 10404 E. Independence Blvd. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. and the event starts at 9 a.m. Individuals can register online at www.zxfitness.com/bigzumba.
ZX Fitness will accept donations at each Charlotte club starting in late July and also at the event. Donations can also be made to Cindy’s Hope Chest at http://www.cindyshopechest.org
